it's coz 12.00pm till 2.00pm is sort of lunch time for many people.....once you're back from lunch, you realise just how much work you've got left to do and how little time you have left to do it!

Anyway everyone knows that once the hands on the clock reach about 3:15 time flies as the mechanism is looser on that side due to the magnetic pull of Pluto on the moon.

I think you must be right as from 3 till 6 flies past. But 12 till 2 is very slow. Probably cos I have nowt to do at work at the moment except pretend to be busy. And there's a lull in hootoo activity at the corresponding time.
Oh well.
