Hey Newt!
Just thought I would nip over to your userspace, post a message & say hi!
I took Film Studies at college. Great course. I films too...although I'm not too fan-like about Star Wars. Prefer extreme cinema myself.
Anyhoo...that's all I had to say...

Come on Star Wars is great. The Story is so amazing, and most of the books are even better than the movies.
I have a question for you, what is your favorite movie??
I love all types of movies, Star Wars are just my favorite.

Star Wars is funny...don't know about great...
Favorite film. Nothing classic. Stigmata. With Freeway coming in a close second. But I love loads of films...The Crow, Lawn Dogs, Kevin Smith films, Doom Generation, Lost Highway etc etc.
I love all movies too. Except overtly Hollywood films... Titanic. YUCK!

One film you might really like, Is The Frailty. It never really got big, but it is an awesome movie. It was directed by Bill Paxton and he also stars in it. Matthew McConaughey is also in the movie. If you liked Stigmata, which is a very awesome movie, you should like this movie.

David Fincher is an excellent director I agree. The Ninth Gate is an excellent follow up from Rosemary's Baby too.
I like extreme cinema, a bit of sci-fi. Not sure if we are in the same country, so if I say *FilmFour* to you, it might not make sense.
Ok...off the top of my head - Stigmata, Doom Generation, Freeway, My Own Private Idaho, Lost Highway, Confessions of a Trick Baby, The Crow, anything by Kevin Smith, Dancer in the Dark, Pulp Fiction, The Living End, Natural Born Killers, The Exorcist, Brazil, Akira, Ring, Ghost in the Shell - in fact any Anime - Village of the Damned (orig version)...
I'm also a big documantary fan. My music taste and my film taste intertwine quite well.
Key: Complain about this post
