I believe (read: am positive) that your code is wrong for the links. You are using code to link to places inside the bbc.
Try:
...text...
where ...url... is the complete (with http://) url, ...title... is the name for the link (the TITLE attribute will put a link in the referenced sites box on the right side of the page) use this if you want something different on the side of the page than in the regular article. POPUP="1" will make things open in a new window. ...text... is the text that will appear in the article. in conclusion, use
www.cheeseracing.org
This give you the link, the title Cheese Racing in the referenced links box, and the text www.cheeseracing.org in the article itself. the link will open in a new window.
For Kraft, try:
www.kraft.com
Tell me if this doesn't work, since I have nowhere/no reason to test it, and I'll try again. But you could also check out the links tag section at the GuideML clinic and fix it yourself.
otherwise, great entry

Will fix, Jen. Thanks a lot for the links - sorry I didn't spot this earlier! I've been alternating between being sick and skiing . . . could too many hours on the slopes be the cause of my incessant sneezing? No way!

ya know, by my calculations this means you were on at 10:30 last night. very naughty. ever heard of bedtime? and what did your parents say?

10:30? No, 10:00. I was out 'till 9:00 night skiing w. my school's ski program . . . and I generally stay up till 10:30 on weekends anyway (Friday & Saturday nights). I just stayed downstairs & online a bit longer than I normally do.
My parents didn't say anything, actually. Usually I don't go to bed until they tell me to, and Mum was busy watching "Homeward Bound" on TV, so she didn't make me go to sleep until 11:00, just so she could make sure that the old dog and the hyper dog and the stuck-up cat made it back safely . . . *sighs*

wow. you have a life. I don't. I went to bed at 10, after watching a movie. But my parents think that was 9:30.
I generally go to bed between 9 and 10 all nights.
whatever.
