Why is it teams from england spain italy have 4 teams that can play in the champs cup , but some leauges like scotland there leauge winners has to play a play of round to get in to the group stage as do some other countrys ,i find this crazy as the winners of the leauge should have the right to play in the group stage ,no matter how strong there leauge is the champs have the right to be there .
