I'm trying to get my head around mtl language, I have just studied the table at length, I'm afraid my computor skills are not that advanced, I get a headache trying to work this out, so I'm afraid I will just have to continue in plain text, with no pics, poor me. I would love to understand all the pc jargon, but my brain was not made for such technicalities unfortunately. For those who understand it all it must be great, you can tell the ones that do they have fabulous pics all over their space. So please forgive me everyone, I'll just have to keep simple, but hope to write some interesting stuff. It is very nice of the people who try to help, thank you all for trying, but I must be the one that got away, if anyone out there would like a job filling all this stuff in, you've got the job, but I suspect no such luck for now. Love everything else about h2g2, I am still an awe of everyone and everything, but enjoying every minute of it. Thank you all.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Traveller in Time building tables and chairs
"It is not that bad, is it ?
Something in the Table
And that is basically it. You should try to memorise the mnemonics We have TableRow and there is TableDelimiter (I always forget the real meaning, it is the vertical delimiter for coloms).
When you go more advanced just keep the indentations increasing on the open tags <..> and decreasing on the close tags </..>, using one TAG per line it does work out "

Traveller in Time on his head
"A table needs at least three legs,
is the 'top'
are the rows (one pair of legs)
are the coloms (second pair of legs)
Leaving one of these important elements out then the table will tumble over the page. "

I've done that

How would I make a colourful 'surround' for it?
This is an older, more difficult way to do Guide ML, using Brunel gives you shortcuts.
