Maybe this shouldn't go in the entry, because I've never seen them outside of New Brunswick (not a hot travel spot), but nearly every deli and sandwich shop in New Brunswick makes them, along with their own variations. And it's really a burger, so if you're limiting this to cold sandwiches this is definitely out.

The Fat Cat: Double cheeseburger, french fries, mayo, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, onions.

The fries are not on the side. They are in the sandwich.
