Continuum * is a simple online game where the player, after downloading the game free of charge, selects one of 8 spaceships as their vessel then battle commences! Once in one of the many battle arenas, the player controls their spaceship using the arrow keys for directional movement and ctrl and tab for weapons. The object of the game in all arenas is to destroy the opposing team (frequency) although most arenas have their own extras (capture the flag for example).

The Ships

As previously stated, there are 8 ship types. These are the Warbird, Javelin, Spider, Leviathan, Terrier, Weasel, Lancaster and Shark. Each has its own characteristics, its strengths and weaknesses.
