Some things that make Life worth living

People
Friends. Right there at the top of the list. You can't beat them (mainly because they probably won't want to be your friends anymore if you do). Having a long lazy Sunday lunch with some friends in a nice pub, with the papers and some fresh ales. That's what I like.
There's some friends I've made here too: Ant, Spartus, Amanda, oh what the heck, just go to Floor42. It's all there (apart from the fresh ales).
Cats
They are, and I won't beat around the bush, excellent. If there's one animal that makes me realise that, oh yes, humans aren't the centre of things at all, it's cats. Well done. Aren't they pleasant to stroke as well?
Music
Oh man, don't get me started on music... Claude Debussy, J.S.Bach, Bill Evans, Herbie Hancock...
Everything else
In fact, when I come to think about it, everything is just absolutely incredible and mindbogglingly interesting and fun*. Just think about artificial intelligence, animals, books, rivers, physics, rollerblading, history, archaeology, trees, computers, cycling, linguistics, astronomy, books again, toast and marmalade, psychology, children, mountains, technology, culture....
*Except for politicians.
