I only got two hours sleep last night and I'm up at 5:30 tomorrow...I'd like to try and get a kip!

Hey,Loup,I was wondering if you know how to get scaned picture's on the pages,I tried to and It was dificult and I couldn't get it on. So could you help?

wow... not sure i can help there... i know how to get the pictures from the picture library to a page... if it's what you mean... yep... no problem...

gy Here are some sleeping tips:
1 Lavender oil or bags to be put underneath your pillow case or even put some lavender in your bath.
2. Drink camomile tea or hot milk with nutmeg (Dr Beverly Crusher Star Trek from Star Trek TNG) or honey and hot milk.

Hi Hushpaw,
sorry to say that you cannot put anything from outside H2G2 on the pages
as it is a BBC site, they have to be cearfull about copyright 
I know it's is a pain but thats the way it is

Lettuce does the same thing, it makes you fall asleep. I am just watching Star Trek TNG, a story in 2 parts about Lore and Data as well as the Borg.
Please can I have some organically produced Oxford Cheif Inspector Endeavour Morse approved
