Coughs: You can blend crushed garlic, honey and cider together and use it as a gargle.
Lemon juice (1 lemon), grated ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, & honey. Then add hot water to it. OFFICAL cough medicies do not help.
Headaches: rub oil of rosemary on to tour forehead/tempe or at the back of your head/top of neck. Put your fingers on your temples press down for 20 seconds then release wait another 5 seconds and repeat. Keep on doing this for 5 minutes. Do the same procedure if your headache is at the back of your head at the bottom of your scalp/top of your neck. Massaging your sca;p is a good way of releasing any tension.

If they're bad they do. I've got a medical book somewhere if you want me to look?

Haemorrhoids are visible right? I'm dreading having to look at his jacksie.
Don't go to any trouble, I'm just wondering if I shouldn't feed him or something. Aaargh!

Huggy telephone NHS helpline and they will tell you what to do. The best option is to make an appointment at the doctors. Also you can go to the chemist and ask the pharmist. They will all say make an appointment at the doctors.
Try and persuade or you might have to make an appointment on his behalf at the surgery.

Nay bother
I don't think youhave to starve him, because of piles
You should probably ring NHS diect though, they would be able to tell you, from the symptoms, what it is, and how best to treat him.

Thanks JA,
I'm dragging him to the doctors on Monday, kicking and screaming no doubt.
I'm having trouble getting anything but a vague description of the symptoms, he'd rather prattle about diamond-walled fusion chambers, so I won't pester NHS direct.
Thank you kow Yer a gem!
I'm not starving him, just thought if it isn't piles then I probably should watch what he eats.
I don't want to inspect his ass!

Huggy....greetings from your resident piles expert! ..
(ive lways been fascinted with medical stuff so have info n pretty much everything somewhere ..n have had BAD probs with em myself after i had josh!..had to have surgery in the end!)
First things first..any bleeding shuld ALWAYS be reported to the GP so they can et anything more sinister ruled out.Piles arent always visible..(theyre technically just varicose veins in that area!) and sometimes the only symptom is bleeding when on the loo..they dont bleed at other times!
Other symptoms can be sweiing tching, intense pain and skin tags (little flaps outside). All you can do is keep it extra clean n dry,if swelling use ice,and get a good cream for the other symptoms..n eat plenty of fibre!.it shouldnt be too much of a prob..but should be reportted to a doctor anyway
