A Conversation for Energy Sources
Energy Sources

I am new to h2g2 and in browsing those subjects with which I have some knowledge I came across this page. It is informative and easy to read.
Having some expertise in the energy business after fourty years on four continents and many countries, my personal conviction is that the general public will need to know more about energy sources than is available here. We will need to elect leaders who will adopt energy policies for the next five to fifty years that will enable us to move from abundant oil and gas to alternative sources of energy and reduced demand through conservation and/or smaller world popluation. Since I am new I do not know how technical these pages are meant to be and if this is a proper forum to help intersted people to become more informed about the source of energy now and possible sources for the future.
