O.k., you got my attention; what happened next?
I find that when I fall through things, I sometimes get stuck. Also, have him watch out for vacuum cleaners. Once you're sucked up, it takes a minute to get oriented and phase through to freedom, and when you do, you always have a filthy sheet. Murder on the wardrobe.

Just out of curiousity what interested you the most about this bit of the story?

I guess it was a combination of the way he'd always felt different and the way he fell through objects. There's an old story line about some ghosts not knowing that they're dead. Have you seen the movie, "The Others"? I figure that's too easy an answer, but you have to admit, it's quite a mystery...how (Physically) and why(Is he a ghost, or has he been somehow displaced within his own universe) is he doing this?
