I remember a TV show about a woman living alone, who is attacked by an invader. She takes a frozen leg of lamb form her freezer and kills him, then roasts the lamb to serve to the detective who come investigating. :-0

Mythbusters did some experiments with ice bullets, I think... (If I remember correctly, it didn't work, the initial blast destroyed the bullets).
They do use frozen chicken to test aircraft cockpit windows for bird impact. Someone must have come up with the idea of a frozen chicken cannon... I now wonder if they have to pre-form the chickens before freezing, in order to get better guidance in the barrel. (Kentucky Rifled chicken?)
