Thank you for this Entry - very informative and apt, as a Rufous-tailed Scrub Robin found its way to the UK this month and some of the people in the online birding group I'm a member of travelled to see it. I'd not heard of Scrub Robins before, so it is good to learn more about them smiley - biggrin

Hello Sasha! It's great about that scrub robin! As I have it, it's the only one that makes it outside of Africa, as far as southern Europe and Pakistan. And it looks very similar to this one! Great that one turned up in the UK! Goes to show what travellers they are.

Oh and if you read up a bit about the rufous-tailed scrub robin, it is migratory, breeding in southern Europe and Asia, from where it flies in to visit Africa south of the Sahara, but there's also a resident population in Africa that doesn't migrate.
