Has he/she been flying around yet? Is P still feeding it?

Yes, P still has to feed it. It flutters but can't fly yet, but that seems to be normal for its age. They are obviously fed by the parents for a long qhile after they have left the nest and basically hop around on the ground and low branches.
But it's already getting picky with food...
