My friend and fellow Green led the effort to set up a Repair Cafe in our town. My contribution to the opening day was a chocolate and orange cake . The place was full of people bringing things to be repaired and all my cake got eaten.

That picture looks good enough to eat!
(I've been collecting gluten-free flours so I can try baking with them: corn, rice, oat, and millet. I've tolerated them all over the years, but got out of the habit of baking with them.)

I like fairy cakes and butterfly cakes, too!
I see there's a gap in the Edited Guide - the recipe is not in there... I can't remember the ingredients, but I do remember a butterfly cake is a fairy cake with the top cut off, cut in half and turned round to make butterfly wings!
