The Someday cafe, Baltic, SD, USA

The Someday Cafe is a small hole in the wall cafe located in Baltic South Dakota. The name comes from the owner who whenever he was asked when he was going to open his restaurant he would reply: "Someday". It is located next to the Baltic public library and kitty-corner from the Baltic public post office. The quality of the food is significantly better than any other restaurant in the town, not to mention it is extremely cheap, If you're trying to get across the galaxy on a budget but you don't want to eat dirt (review of Baltic dirt coming soon) this is the place to go.
What kind of food should I get?
The hot beef is always classic you certainly can't go wrong with it.
The Grilled cheese is also quite good, if only for the sole reason that it's so cheap, after all it's only two slices of bread and some cheese it shouldn't be 10$.
The beef wellington is quite the experience and it's worth getting if only to eat the meal of a king inside a grubby cafe in the middle of nowhere.

Locally: 10/10
Until we meet again, keep on truckin'

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
