I doubt that we will ever know the full extent of Dick Cheney's activities. We might not even want to. He was consistently low-key. I think the movie did a good job of showing his evolution from drunken tirades to bottling thing up inside as he quietly pulled the rug out from under other people. 
Question: Who determined that Iraq had WMD? Was it Cheney/Bush, or was it the CIA? trump wants to blame the CIA, but I think he is looking for a scapegoat.
