I joined up the captions and got this bit of verse.
We walked across fields of gold
when even the moon was young.
We'll return this way when we're old
and many songs of life will be sung.

Great poem, mvp! Now I want to go about joining up captions, and making poems.
I love the position of the moon in this pic, Bob. Something about the way it is positioned relative to the top frame, catches the eye. Am I being incredibly arty about photo composition? Yes!

By all means, we should be nice to the Moon. Once the Earth's population reaches the stand room only stage, we'll need to rig up a space elevator and start shipping vast quantities of people up there*.
*I look forward to having more room here on Earth.

I might move to Ultima Thule. NASA reached it last night at 12.30 EST. We stayed up for that.
Four billion miles away....
So far, the pics aren't inspiring. The high-def stuff is on its way.

Thanks for the link.
Maybe the spacecraft will spot the Twelfth Planet, which brought space-age knowledge and technology to the ancient Sumerians on its last swing through the inner Solar System.
or maybe it will shed light on Nemesis, the imagined binary twin that makes us a two star solar system.

Dmitri, I was unaware that anyone at NASA had taken these hings at all seriously. Then I found this link:

There are strange things at the edge of our solar system, and in the reaches of space further out.
Key: Complain about this post
