Just checked. Arquiva is a provider for telecom dishes / data uplinks to geostationary satellites.
So definitely space but no transporter beams (except for data).
I wonder how frequently they have to wash the dishes.

Good question. I know that old advert said 'hands 
that do dishes can be as soft as your face with mild green 
liquid' but I don't know whether that's before or after I've shaved...?
