The cheapest wool I find is always acrylic, but I notice your massive spool is a machine knitting cone, so I will have to check out the prices of those next time I'm in a craft shop...

Perhaps I should submit a photo of my latest finished work (a stripey shawl), or perhaps my WIP (Work In Progres) a stripey scarf. I like stripes.

Oh wow. I made a pair of socks once, but haven't got a photo of them, sadly - extremely challenging indeed, so I am in awe of agapanthus...
