A Conversation for Rod's Ramblings: What's the Value of Books?

Last year I decided, that for any new book I bought or got some other way, another book would have to go, because I really don't know where to put all the books! Well, suffice it to say, I haven't separated of any books, but I still got a lot new ones...
Good job there are ebook readers, or else it would be a LOT worse.

Hello, Bel
Sorry for the delay - I can't have subscribed to the original...
Yes, I know the feeling. I've tried and tried to sort 'em into 'Yes', 'No' & 'Maybe' piles but without any consistency. It may be that all of 'em will have to go with me to my little wooden hut, though where the yell I'll put 'em is yet another problem...
Haven't tried eBook readers or on-line reading 'cos I'm trying to re-read some of 'em - without, it must be said, anything that could be even faintly described as success ... still, like yours, my problem could be worse - haven't acquired any 'new' ones for a long time (years probably).

Oh, I buy and buy and buy... (but mainly ebooks nowadays). I'm currently trying to actually READ the books I bought.
