It is horribly complicated and sometimes a real battle to get the support you are entitled too.
Even the government have admitted that the assessment process carried out by Atos was unacceptably poor

Mercifully, Raven and I are not currently subject to the tender mercy of the ATOS machine, but I feel for those who are. In the meantime, we are lucky to have people supporting us in our quest to get the government not to lose our paperwork this time.
