Pet hates?

No, this isn't about cat phobias. I hate it when I am trying to work out how to do something new and the instructions lack sufficient data or are buried under meaningless waffle that tells you nothing or only what the manufacturer wants you to know (how great they are for instance). I believe there should be two types of information given the user - explanatory material that helps you understand how to operate something (you read it once and get it - insight material). The second type of material should be simply sequences instruction: press button B, followed by A, then C type.

I also hate little old ladies in shopping queues, who keep poking you in the back of the legs with their trolleys or baskets.
