Welcome to old Researchers
msmonsy Posted May 8, 2013
I don't recall you but then again I am one of the ones that everyone keeps calling 'old' so maybe it's just because my mind isn't what it used to be, not that it ever was what it used to be even when it was what it used to be

Wait, you mean this conversation isn't exclusively for slightly senile old age researchers?
I am disappointed, I thought I'd finally found my place in the 'verse where tea was plentiful and chat was nonsensical!
(Pattern-chaser I don't know if we ever came across one another way back when but it's nice to meet you now! )

I keep meeting new friends and hearing new jokes - but maybe it's just my short-term memory being long-term injured
if I already told you this before

Welcome to old Researchers
msmonsy Posted May 9, 2013
Today was a good day, today was a day unlike any other...possibly because I can't recall any other that clearly due to my old-timers syndrome but from what I can recall through the fog n haze it's a good day comparatively

May you have many days like yesterday's today to reminisce for many years, young Monsy
This goes for all you others too, of course, - provided the day you had yesterday is worth reminiscing, of course

Welcome back
I agree, it obviously is the land of huge contrasts
(who back in 1997 spent 5 days in LA and 5 in NY so knows everything about the bl**dy place )

Good to see you here Wowbagger, one of h2g2's legends!
Welcome to old Researchers
msmonsy Posted Jun 10, 2013
Now don't go giving Wowbagger the 'big head' by referring to him as a legend...his bride and kiddo's have a hard enough time keeping his head out of the clouds as it is

What took you so long?
Just earlier today I asked myself whatever happened to Kumabear. Does anybody know
Welcome to old Researchers
Pastey Posted Jun 10, 2013
I think Wowbagger subconsciously heard I'm likely to be heading south of the planet next year and wanted to make sure we could meet up

I'm back as well if anyone remembers me! Linked up with Emily again much to my delight, but she hasn't posted in a while. Better not have Elvised young lady!
To everyone else who remembers me, drop by my page and say Hi!
