When I post to a thread from the composition box, the posting is posted to the conversational thread its a response to, but the composition box stays up and does not return to the thread.

I'm currently using two iterations of my web browser to check on this and avoid redundant postings.

Sorry, I might be being dense because it's first thing in the morning, but what do you mean by composition box?

Also, which skin are you using?

I think what he means is that once he has pressed 'post message' in the reply window he does not automatically return to the thread but stays in the reply window. But what he has written does appear in the thread.

Tavaron has got it right and I'm working from Pliny.

This is strange, especially given the log in stuff too.

Can I just make sure that you have javascript on? Also, what browser do you use?

JRE on, upgraded to 1.7.0.5 32 bit from 1.7.0.4 32 bit, 15/Jun/2012.

Upgraded to Firefox 13.0.1 from 12.0.0 today, 17/Jun/2012.

Composition/Reply box seems to be working okay since the Java update.

Java and JavaScript are completely separate things that someone naming them didn't think would cause confusion. Weirdo that they are.

Can you keep an eye on this though and let us know if it happens again?

I'll continue to try and figure it out mind.
