I remember the previous thread... howdit end up in the FM? Abesentee landlord, i'd guess. 
anyway, it looks good now, i don't remember contributing *any* of the content, though, so i think you can safely whisk me out of the contributors, ta.
like i said, this latest version looks really good. I know you like the WW, but in this case it may be false modesty or unwarranted caution - it'll sail through pr as it is, whatever tweaking goes on.

You are right, your contribution in PR was minimal, something about Marc Detrou, which nobody understood!
Anyway, my word was to credit all contributors to the previous thread.
