It's nice to finally be able to talk to one of you personally, even if you do remain anonymouse... erm.. anonymous. 
I think one of the biggest things that irked me about this BBC pre-moderation thing (other than feeling like I was under a microscope) was that there was no direct communication between those who were examining my every move and making arbitrary decisions involving my content and me. I'm not always good at working through a liason because things are so easily misconstrued in the translations. It's like the little game we used to play as kids, where you sit in a circle, someone whispers in their neighbours ear, and you pass it around til the last person tells what they hear and you compare it to what was originally said.
Anyway, now I think our biggest task will be to prevent the vigillante attitude that invaded the friendly Ace team. I just want to welcome people, not beat them with a HouseRules stick if they're not exactly like me. It's our differences that make life worth living.
