Cafe Iguana - The Place to Eat in Reading

0 Conversations

In Reading town center is a cafe called Cafe Iguana. It's near Virgin on Broadstreet next to Burger King and the entrance to the Broad Street mall.
It is possibly the only vegitarian cafe in Reading, and the food they serve is incredible. It's wholesome, the little v's on the menu stand for vegan, everything is fair trade or free range, there's a lovely bar upstairs.

I would recommend a sandwich or the herb and garlic potato wedges if you are feeling unadventurous, and something from todays specials if you are feeling adventurous. Among my favourites was aubergine cake.
Talk if you go there.
Watch out if visiting during student holidays as the air is a bit, shall we say, dopey.
