well two reasons really:
1. No one has ever asked for them
2. I never thought of it
I considered it when I started the society but then I wondered if it might make people feel a bit lothing say if they didn't have the same rank as someone else and they felt they deserved it... still I don't mind... if you want ranks then I'll introduce them! It's a good idea really!
I was considering breaking us up into different "cells" and have numerous different missions going at once (with different storylines etc) what does everyone think?

the diferent "cells" idea is good
and the ranks idea can be voted on i supose

no, I think the ranks would work. There are three options for how it would work though:
1. You ask for a promotion and you get it (which basically means that they aren't earnt but they'd still have effect in missions)
2. I choose who gets promoted (might work but there is the danger of people feeling that I chose unfairly)
3. After each mission everyone submits to me who they feel should get a promotion, that way the whole society gets to decide and it makes things fairer.
I think option 3 is the best. Any views from anyone (or alternate methods of promotion)

Ok, I'll introduce it after the current mission ends (then I'll introduce the cell thing later, when the dr. avil missions end... don't think it'd be right to kick someone out of those missions now! If they don't end I'll introduce it after people are used to teh ranks!)

these are the ones i know for the army the air forse has different ones though

i dont know what the order is but i think thats it.....

I have a friend who's in the ATC (Air training core) I'll ask him if you've missed any... I don't think you have... in fact there are some there that I'd forgotten!

hmmm, I'm wondering how well teh cells idea will work actually as only a few people are active currently... If you look at the list of members then look at who posts theres a slight difference!

Still, I know that Tubacat has left the site (well he hasn't but he's said he's hardly gonna post here, if at all) and a few others haven't been online for a while...
