There's more. Just got to get a round tuit. The episode summary isn't complete for a start. If people could say what they think of it that'd be good. Too long?

Looking good. A couple of comments-

"Many viewers probably only watched it because it was on after Buffy and Angel,"
You really ought to note that this is on Sky One- It'll mean noting to bnon-UK or terristrial viewers smiley - smiley

The ep. summary, hmmm, not sure if it makes the entry too long for no good reason. I think perhaps a couple of brief scenes from a couple of episodes would be better. WHat do others think?

smiley - biggrin Actually that didn't make much sense to me either. I only saw it from the far side of the pond, but I tried to leave most of the original researcher's stuff there.

How about changing it to read

"Many UK viewers probably only watched it because it was on after Buffy and Angel on the satellite channel Sky One" ?

There's a certain irony to Scrubs only being watched because it is tied in with Buffy and Angel. In the States, the ratings for Buffy and Angel are really, really small, while scrubs near the top ten in viewership some weeks. . .

I watch all three, so say what you will. . .

Ahh, the reverse is true here- huge ratinsg for Buffy and Angel- they're consistantly Sky One's top-rated shows. Scrubs piggy-backs off this, but it gets very little publicity.

Thanks, Kerr Avon. I was thinking that anyhow, but I guess you get a writing credit for saying it first. Doing some stuff now.

Nah, don't bother giving me a credit- I only made a couple of comments.

So, how are we doing here? Do we feel this is ready for the Edited Guide, or could it do with a leeeeetle more time?

Let me know here either way.

I stil feel the individual episode summary is too long...

I've tried to shorten it, but I don't want to get rid of my favourite lines from the episode.

Any more comments? I've added a little stuff recently. Unless anyone has anything to say, then I'm happy for this to get edited.

Got a few minor suggestions here:

- Maybe a link to the (fairly basic) official site?: http://www.nbc.com/Scrubs/index.html

- Style Guide - TV programme titles should be italicised, with episode titles in single quote marks.

- Might be worth a brief explanation of the series title, in a footnote maybe? 'Scrubs' being the slang term for the clothing medics wear in the operating theatre

Other than that - good work!

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.

If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.

Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Ta. Is there some sort of prize for longest time to finish an entry?
Perhaps I need to ask the Procrastinator's society. Later.

Yes, Peet, you're right. Congratulations Bagpuss, and to answer your question, I've been commenting on an entry that's taken eight months, can you beat that? smiley - smiley Well done anyway.

Well, I created the entry in September, and Fuzzbap's original article was dated the 20th of June, so that's over 11 months.

I thought I'd corrected that "of". Ah well, it's only gone 8 months unchecked.

Don't worry about it; I think my "Grand and Loyal Order of Mudsharks" entry was accepted on the fourth anniversary of its original submission... smiley - yikes
