Maybe we should talk about food in the kitchen so we don't clutter up Terran's nice notice board? Just a thought

Just making sure everyone knows about Terrania (A820180) and The flight of Daedelus - A880896. All the villain spaces are taken up, so You'll either have to be a good guy or a member of the government. Or you could join spook's group.

Don't be confused FWT
Hello everyone, I am now going to use this thread for the purpose I set it up for. To inform people.
Right, down to business. As the army appears to be growing in size and in popularity, I feel two groups of people are now required to keep the Terranic Army community flowing smoothly :-
1) Desk Sergeants - Or Terranic Greeters if you prefer, to speak to new people who have requested to sign up.
2) A group of people I can't think a name for yet, but basically are required to check up on members of the army, by leaving messages for them and just briefly keeping them up to date with what is going on in the army.
Any volunteers?
Jane Doe has volunteered to keep us up to date with what is going on in the main battle thread(s), as a kind of a war correspondant.
Merry Christmas Everyone

...
1. who is Jane Doe???
2. you don't need either of those two groups. the army requires you to provide them a greeting and place their name on the front page, and people find updates about the army by taking part in terranic army threads and subscribing to things like notice threads.

"1. who is Jane Doe???"
She has just joined, check the front page.
"the army requires you to provide them a greeting and place their name on the front page"
Yes I am more than happy to greet people, but the surgence of people joining shortly before Christmas convinced me that we need to look to the future. And if we have a few people who can pop in and tell people about the base it would be useful. They don't have to say alot : just "Hello and welcome to the base" would do, if they so feel.
"people find updates about the army by taking part in terranic army threads and subscribing to things like notice threads."
The main purpose I would have for this second group would be to catch up on those I feel have been missing for a long time. They would be kind of "ACE's" for the Terranic Army. That is the plan anyway.
I know the Army would get on quite happily without them, but I feel that, with these two groups in place it would allow more ability to improve the army. I am of course open to suggestions.
