You appear to have the spirit of the place. Each of these hoses behind the bar are connected to the Lake of Alcohol. They've been here since the days of yore (1999).

It was the team bar/club for The Rambling Misfits. We were the unofficial h2g2.com softball team. I was the bouncer. As the only remaining member, I now am caretaker.

This place was once the home to a very fun group of people. Most of them have faded into obscurity. Even Obscure, one of my favourite researches ever, on this site.

More or less. Some left because of rule changes. Some left after the outage between TDV running the site and some left after the BBC took over and they did not like the differences. Some just slowly slipped into the ether.
