PC build

Very interesting but I'm pretty useless at this kind of stuff: my current pc was built over three years ago and is now becoming dodgy; doesn't start ect.

So I'm in the business of designing a new one and look how much things have changed in four years. smiley - yikes

This is my first go and the specs are should be fast enough to cope with 2014 photographic software requirements currently 2Ghz dual core and the rest.

What do you think of this: No cooler cos I can't find one.

Gigabyte DDR3 AM3+ motherboard http://www.dabs.com/products/gigabyte-ga-970a-d3-am3--amd-970---sb950-ddr3-atx-7JYR.html?q=amd%20970%20motherboard&src=16

Geil unbuffered 240 pin non EEC DDR3 CL7 1033Hz 4x 2GB RAM

Western 2TB green power 6Gt SATA whatever

Bulldozer 8 core black edition

Antec 3 hundred case http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/cases/cases/0761345-08300-3.html

Blue Ray about £50

Corsair 600W builder 80% 40A on the 12v rail ATX

Nvidia Asus passive GT520

Have I missed anything? Do you think I should wait until I can buy a dell with i7 cos this lot with a photo monitor and op system cost a thousand already. smiley - yikes
