It really grts on my nervous when someone treat's an animal crully. I have recantly saved a 6month old cat from an abandond house. I recantly saw clebs like Britny Speanrs and Paris Hillton carying little dog with bad names around in handbags. Is it just me or dose anyone els fined this very wrong?
animals no matter of what shape or size, coloure or forosiousness shouled be treated with respect!

Animals shouled have the same rights (to a certent egstend)as humans. Theye do live with us and care for us for crying out loued!

is there anyone out there that agrees that theses clebs shouled be setting an example for the younger genrastion by teating these poore dogs with a llittle more respect?

Um, I'm not entirely sure where I am, but since I'm here.....

Yes, I've had the same thought. Although they aren't exactly being cruel it doesn't seem right somehow.
I have to wonder how much exercise the dogs get and how willing they are to run around and play. I have heard of dogs that become very fat and lazy because their doting owners give them so many treats and carry them around all day.
The thing I really have a problem with, though, is dressing the dogs up. Those little coats they have to keep dogs warm in winter are fine.. but in places like LA I hardly think they need that..
Bearing in mind though that Paris Hilton and people like her, probably have the human equivelent: they have lots of money and are slightly used to it. I don't think they see it in quite the same way, they're making their pets look cute and trying to make them happy with treats- in the same way they would do for anyone they love.
The dogs seem happy, from my far away veiw, but I don't know how healthy.
It's not right, but the owners do mean well.

Oh, an since Celebrity status is what so many people(especially youger ones) aspire to, it is better if they set a good example, but I have a feeling they didn't have a good example to learn from...

People do need to learn respect.
For animals, aswell as people, their property, the environment..

I think the idea of dogs like fashion accessoires is very wrong. People should have pets to love them, not for showing up. I would never get my kids a dog just because they want to have something like Paris Hilton has.
