This entry dating from August 1999 made a very strange use of GuideML.
The headers were done with the TITLE tag.
The text within each section was in a TEXT tag.
Each section, header and text, was surrounded by a BOX tag.
All of these are unapproved GuideML. The only effect seems to have been to indent the text, so I've changed it to use standard HEADER tags and achieve the indenting using BLOCKQUOTE.
I've also changed 'flatish' to 'flattish' and changed a couple of double quotes to single quotes.
