A543872 Bisexuality
In real life, of course, bisexual people are neither more 'evil' nor more intelligence than gay or straight people.
> intelligent
Often, the people who hold these views are quite intolerant themselves - forming a sort of Catch 22 where everyone believes they are the only prejudiced party.
> the only unprejudiced party.
(Author might have meant /the only party discriminated against/. What do you think?

The author seemed to think that the line made sense as it stood. F66440?thread=291071. I'm confused. If anyone has any constructive suggestions ...?

I take it that no one has any constructive suggestions.

Gnomon - time to move on Posted May 29, 2007
Fragilis, the author, refused to discuss this wording when I asked her, appearing to have lost interest. Since it doesn't appear to make any sense as it stands, it might be worth removing if that can be done without affecting the sentences around it.

Rudest Elf Posted May 29, 2007
Sorry if I'm posting this to the wrong thread - there is quite a choice!
Just a thought: Is it more important to satisfy the whims of our writers, or that the Guide be as accurate and comprehensible as possible?
There are one or two more 'errors':
Intro penultimate para: Do we not have some same-sex marriages these days?
The Gay Community's View of Bisexuality
2nd para 4th line: [promiscuous]
The Gay Community's View of Bisexuality
3rd para 3rd line: [Catch-22]
The Gay Community's View of Bisexuality
End 4th para: I'd probably have spelt it that way, but is it House Style?
End 4th para: (stereotypes.)?
The Bisexual Community
1st sentence: (the same way that there are gay communities.)?
Avoiding Prejudice
Final para:
[caught on]
Footnote 1: [mean]

In general, Elf, if you want to make suggestions, do it at the Editorial Feedback page. In this case, I'm sure Trig, who was working on this, will probably look at these suggestions and act accordingly, but we don't generally look at postings entitled CF. They are just posted as a record of changes done.

Just seen these now, but I vaguely recall seeing them in EF earlier, and seeing that someone (Gnomon?) had already dealt with them. I'll pop over and check.

I've just deleted an errant space from the middle of the word /gov ernment/, which I somehow missed last time.
