In the intrests of storytelling accuracy, we did take the first two photos early (at our first stop, the RE Hotel) and the last two were later in the proceedings (at the Regatta Hotel).

I hold my liquor quite well too - in fact in a grip that my hubby is unable to counter even after I've crashed out. (Not a pretty sight!)

I had a mini-meet and met a friend from hootoo for the first time yesterday. Tefkat was visiting a neighbouring town and popped into the Red Cross shop where I was doing my stint as a volunteer. We disappeared together for a and chat (no or s though as I had to return to work and Tefkat was driving).

Sounds like the most sober Meet that's ever happened!

No...there was ONE other sober hootoo meet...

Sho from hootoo dropped in at my house when she was over from Germany earlier this year and we only drank / or nibbled biscuits (in between gossiping solidly for about four hours, which was thirsty work). Mind you Sho did have her hubby and two small children with her!

It may appear to be so but I'm really NOT tee-total!
