The art of "feeling misserable"...

Hello you lot...
...I was just wondering if it counts if;
1. You are STILL unemployed after 2 months, and STILL nothing has even remotely come up... and are kinda in need of things like food .... etc....
2. You are unable to take your motorcycle test for the 2ND TIME because of the absence of a small rather annoying piece of paper (called a CBT)...
3. You come home to find one of your floating around at the top of the tank...
4. You get your 1,200 quid bike nicked after leaving it securely locked in a public place for ten minutes... ....
So... not a good week really...
My Girlfriend keeps giving me 's and 's and keeps trying to help me to ... but I still feel pretty Lousy...

Those certainly sound like good reasons to be miserable, Fish! Do you want to join PUDDING? It seems like the least I can do.

Seein the list above, might be a good idea to compile a list of things that should make anyone grumpy. Like talking loudly and incessantly when you're trying to watch TV.

Welcome to PUDDING, Fish!
Being here obviously won't bring back your bike or your , but while you're feeling because of them, PUDDING will at least give you somewhere to hang out where the company is good and gloomy, and the service comes without a smile.

Hmmm.... thanks.... I guess.....
It'd be nice if it would... dunno if I'll be able to claim on it, it's looking doubtful...
Oh well... at least I'll have some company in my grumpyness!

Poor Fish, having your bike nicked is pretty miserable (was going to include swearwords but they would be moderated!)
I think you deserve to be bloody grumpy and deserving of nice things from the girlfriend!

Yeah. And a new bike. Unless the person comes back with it.

It'd be nice if they did... It's tagged, and marked. So if they police find it they "should" notify me...
Well... the bike that got nicked, was a replacement for my original bike that got nicked... (I got the origianl for about 150 second hand but it was worth about 450)...... upgraded it to about 920's worth... but it got nicked outside my church during the evening service!!!
They left the front wheel locked to the post, and had gone through the other lock.....
The weird thing being, that they must've had a their concionce tripped, cos they brought it back just as the church was being locked up...
The fact that it's gone, isn't my main reason to feel + (although it's a pretty good one )... but it was my primary means of transport... I've got a rubbish bike that someone left outside my house, after they'd nicked my bike from the back garden (over a fence and through a lock).... but it's horrid to ride in comparison... and it means I can't go on the same kind of rides that I used to.... (lot's of mud, dirt, hills, trees etc.... all at silly speeds...)......

*Pats fish on back*
There there. makes everything better, for a while at least. I can't drive yet- but silly speeds are fun. There's a hill on the way to school, which on the way back is fun. I go at a stupid speed down it, then there's this little ramp thingy at the bottom, which, if you do it just right and lift your front wheel up at the right time, means you can jump and stay in the air for about 2 seconds.

Roadkill.....
There are a couple of hills round here like that.... main problem is, you have to go miles to find them, as the Thames Valley is just SO flat...

Poor you.
East Anglia isn't so mountainous itself. There just happens to be a railway bridge on the way to school.
