This is a short article on the drink of the Gods, Mead. (Some of the more pedantic among you probably thought immediately, "but nectar is the drink of the gods, but I am convinced otherwise.)

Nectar, is the drink of the bees who create honey whoch is then turned to mead, so in a sence, mead is the drink of the Gods. There had been much speculation over whether this nectar refrence was in relation to mead, and it is true that that is probably where it started.

So, mead! To brew mead, simply boil three parts water to one part honey, skimming off the foam on top. When that's done, cool it, add yeast, and leave in a fermentation vessle until ready. ( Can be anyhing from a few months to a year) A more detailed guid to brewing can be found on my personal space.
