A most useful and informative article presented in a mature and realistic manner which I find particulary refreshing.
Online nicknames and identities are fun for game-playing and witty-banter but always strike me as innapropriate for more serious writing. Navigating around unknown personalities in conversation threads is already like threading a needle in the dark so it's hard for me to take them seriously for 'enlightenment'.
As a result I tend to reject the very kind of articles I am interested in when the authour's identity remains a frustrating distraction and very annoying to my 'realist' sensibilities. Some, obviously, more-so than others.
These welcome revelations now endear all these folks to me as real human beings. My respect for all of them soars and I will bookmark this page for future reference. The links are most helpful, and I intend to follow all of them.
Who knows, I may finally shut up and listen, now that I know who is speaking.
thanks,

That was a very great and enjoyable read, DD. Although it's "Isle of Wight", not "Wright", and it's called "the Island", and not "the island". As Jane Austen wrote, "...Think of nothing but the Isle of Wight, and call it "The Island", as if there were no other in the world."
