Not really. Once you bang them on the head with a hammer they tend to stay dead. Well, some of them, at least.

A hammer eh, that's a trick worth bearing in mind. The stings are a bugger to avoid and cause a swelling in the swonnicles (r) S Milligan.

By the looks of Pete Townsend I don't believe a little thing like a nuclear war would stop him, which would be handy if the cockroaches and scorpions neede someone to write aroc opera about a deaf, dumb and blind roach who sure plays a mean pinball.
