How do Marc! If you have a look in the other threads hanging off this page you'll see some of the ongoing discussion on where and when - last time I looked 3 May was a front runner, and the Salisbury followed by the Lass O'Gowrie had been suggested. Feel free to join in the discussion, but you will probably find this isn't the only reply you get!

You don't say what age you are, but age is no object. I've only been to one of these meets before, but it was a hoot!

By the way, it would be a good move if you activate your personal space. Click My Space at the top of any page, and then click on the 'Edit page' button you find there and type something - anything will do - you can always change it later. You can give your life story, or the words to Prince Charming - whatever you like, but once you've activated your page other researchers can (and will) pop by and say hello.

If you click on my name in this forum you'll be transferred to my space, where you can leave messages if you want - or click on any of the other researchers on the MMM page - they'll all be delighted to hear from you. Granny Weatherwax (who lives here - U140245) initiated the page and is doing the 'who is coming' list - go say hello

The good Captain has said it nearly all I think we've already had a fight over who's the eldest, I'm not going to divulge who won. But there is a wide spread of over 18's coming so far. I'll come back in a minute & post a link so that you can recognise me at least. There are some photos linked from my page as well, look for the Mini Meet ones.

I drive myself and i don`t drink i also have 3 spare places in my car so i would be more than happy for you both to share my car if you are heading anywhere near Leigh (within 10 miles) In saying that i would also like to say a big thank you for your offer of sharing a taxi..

Of course you can bring a friend, and many thanks for the offer of a lift home, Croz & I both live just off the East Lancs, if that's the way you'd go home.
