A Conversation for The MMR vaccine

The literature I've read (and it's fairly limited) suggests that if there is any link with autism then it comes from the measles virus. Obviously this could be the virus in its vaccine form (which means single vaccines won't make a difference) or from the wild form (which means not vaccinating won't help).
In the case of Crohn's disease (which has been marginalised a little) there is more evidence of a link. However, the number of people who develop the condition after MMR is a great deal less than those who develop it after catching measles.

Everything I've researched - and it's a lot - I'm more inclined to believe the problem is with the preservatives they add to the vaccine, some cases it's mercury, which is highly toxic.
This can destroy a child's immune system.
Combine that with the measles that you are sticking in them - and hey!
Do you know 9 children a day - every day - are being diagnozed as autistic in the USA?

I didn't know about the 9 children per day thing. Has this increased significantly since the introduction of MMR or could it be due to heightened awareness of autism?

Incidentally the US FDA contributes 3,600 deaths per year to aspirin (or aspirin-like) compounds. And yet it is also allegedly responsible for preventing 4 million heart attacks a year.
It's all a question of risk assessment. My son has just been MMR'd because I think the (theoretical) risk of Crohn's or some form of autism is much lower than the statistical risk of him dying or being disabled from a measle related illness.

I was assured the MMR vaccine was safe for my son.

He had a severe reaction to it and he now has Asperger Syndrome and attends a special school for children with learning difficulties.

Do you know that the one dose of MMR will not ~prevent~ your son catching measles?
Unless you give him the booster, he will then only be 95% innoculated.

Ahh, but he will get the booster.

My son caught measles after he had the booster (and gave it to his 3 year old sister who was still over a year from 'needing' the booster)

Let's be clear. Autism is a direct result of preservatives included
in MMR vaccines, not to mention other vaccines.

The specific preservative is Called Thimerosal. US corporations have invested millions of dollars to discredit scientific studies making the connection between mercury (a Neurotoxin) and these vaccines.

Unfortunately, I feel these companies have also paid off politicians in order to prevent them from having to pay liability claim.

I am part of the last class action lawsuit on the books here in the US, TEXAS which will probably be ruled against soon. (RGTAYLOR & Associates)

For the record, my son is Autistic.

What is in my Childs Vaccine?

Thimerosal is a mercury-containing organic compound (an organomercurial). Since the 1930s, it has been widely used as a preservative in a number of biological and drug products, including many vaccines, to help prevent potentially life threatening contamination with harmful microbes. Over the past several years, because of an increasing awareness of the theoretical potential for neurotoxicity of even low levels of organomercurials and because of the increased number of thimerosal containing vaccines that had been added to the infant immunization schedule, concerns about the use of thimerosal in vaccines and other products have been raised. Indeed, because of these concerns, the Food and Drug Administration has worked with, and continues to work with, vaccine manufacturers to reduce or eliminate thimerosal from vaccines.
