Looks yummy! Is ham loaf something new - or has it been around for several generations? You might want to give a bit of history on it's origins... Of course - that's just my opinion.
Otherwise it looks great, was interesting and easy to read! 
(can I have some now?)

Origins? History?
All I know is that we got the recipie from my grandmother and we've served it to our kids - that's at least four generations right there! 
I think I said in the entry that it's an old Pennsylvania Dutch thing. If I didn't, I'll go and add that.
