Yes, that is a good website.
I've just given the Eyre Affair a more thorough peruse (it's a while since I last read it). The only thing that I can think is that *somewhere* I've encountered the name Basil Exposition, and my mind has used that name to overwrite my memory of one of Thursday's bosses, namely Victor Analogy.
