I hereby decree that for the forthcoming H2G2 meet, some, none, many or all of Wumbeevil's demands will almost definitely perhaps possibly be met ...

Aha! "Discovered" does not mean mufflewhumps didn't exist beforehand. Now if Pod had invented them, it would be a different matter.
