Ti Chi is a martial art and there was an entry on the front page about it a week or so ago. I'm sure some helpful bod will post the link here.
Great article, glad to see it made it to the edited guide. Having learnt self defence and Karate (very badly) a few years ago during one of my rare not being sat in front of the computer periods the most important thing I learn was the very technique under discussion. So far it's worked.
