just wondered, why do you never tell the olds about the thing with the smoke detector and the thing with the hot water heater the other week when you nearly electrocuted alice?

actually by 'olds' i meant the parents, who seem to get a very heavily edited version of what passes for MaW life

And I did tell the olds about the water heater! The smoke detector doesn't really count I don't think - I mean do they really need to know how noisy it gets in our house when I cook sausages without turning on the extractor fan first?
When are you coming to visit me? Ellie's sister's coming on Monday. She's staying the week.

well i would have come last week but i had to work and anyway the olds didnt invite me along. i would like it if they came to visit on a sunday which is the only day i dont have to work but they seem to think that they should spend every day with the nana. and dont suggest i go up ther on my own, why do you think i anm working all these hours. 'cos its sure as hell not like i need the money for anything!
seriously though, if i get the chance then i would love to visit. it just might take a while.
i popped over to the bbc message board the other day and it's full of people ranting about cancelling buffy and roswell due to the snooker. made me laugh that did

Well, I'm not very happy about that either!
And yes, it would be nice if they could visit on a Sunday and bring you too. I was kind of hoping they would when they came last time, but they didn't, and so I didn't get to go juggling on the Saturday morning. And I didn't get to see my wonderful sis either!
Oh well, I'm coming home some time when my bow's ready, so you'll see me soon enough. I hope.
