Turtles All The Way

Can't remember. *Grins and looks ish.* Lent it to a friend and am getting it back on Monday. However, I remember that I had got to the bit in Rodin's studio, and had found the tomb of the Troll's girlfriend, but that's it.

FIND THERMA!
Take diamond tooth from troll/therma/grave, go to Rodan's and get hook from where Malachite/troll was. Go to back of Pier 5, use hook on skylight, crowbar on skylight, go inside, get matchbook, combine with scrap of paper.
Go to Octarine Parrot, talk to bartender about Mundy, use matchbook.
End of Act 1. Start of harder puzzles.

What is this, where can I get it and what do I need to play it on? It sounds like fun.

It's a Discworld game where you play a private investigator, called Lewton, who is hired to find some missing guy, but you end up trying to stop a dangerous plot to destroy the world (of course). It's for PC, preferably an old one. It will work on XP, but only just.

Thanks, that's the EXACT bit I was stuck on. I can't wait to get it back. Also, if you're interested in semi-vintage games, and like discworld noir, have any of you tried Simon the Sorcerer (sounds rubbish but great), broken sword or Zork - Grand Inquisitor?

Ohh, Hi peeps, I thought I'd pop back in here as the place which had been my surrogate social life has been closed down by someone in protest *glares at GB*

The thread was closed by the mods already so that they could review what was said yesterday about religion. They were wrong to close it so I'm protesting by blocking it off in the hope that it will hinder them reviewing the thread.

Yes, but we can't even use the old New MotMV Tearoom to talk about controvercial subjects and offend people

I'm not all that bothered by it. The italics were wrong to close the thread, especially since the thread had moved on from religion and was about EC being pregnant, or something like that. The italics have been getting more and more annoying for the past year or so, and it has gotten to the point where if I got banned I really wouldn't care.

Me too. It seems like someone went about yikesing all the posts that said anything critical of christianity, even though they weren't insulting of offensive.

it's the three year olds who throw tantrums whenever they don't get their own way that are bugging me.

no, not you. I mean the stroppy tantrums thrown by two groups of in-duh-viduals. I shan't mention any names, but you can probably guess to whom I am refering.
